"Struggled with my dog’s hair"
I really wanted this to work because my couch is constantly covered in dog hair, but it didn’t do much. It picked up a little lint, but I felt like I had to keep scrubbing and scrubbing just to get a small amount of pet hair off. After a while I started feeling pressured to keep going because I’d already spent the time on it, but it was more frustrating than helpful.

"Am I missing something, or is this just flimsy?"
I’m not sure if I got a bad one or what, but this started falling apart way faster than I expected. Am I missing something? The build just feels cheap and doesn’t seem like it’s made to hold up to normal use

"My order did eventually show up, so..."
My order did eventually show up, so there’s that, but wow, the delivery took way longer than they said it would. The tracking info barely changed, so I was just kind of sitting around wondering where it even was. The product itself was totally fine, but the whole shipping experience was frustrating

"I had to return my order..."
I had to return my order, it ended up being way more of a headache than it should've been.
Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, it didn't really seem like they'd read what I wrote. I kept getting short replies that didn't actually answer my questions.
I'm still annoyed with how the whole return was handled. After this experience, I wouldn't order from Uproot Lint again.

"Good value, even if I’m torn on the brand"
I usually stick with another brand I’ve trusted for years, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about this one. But it does the job just fine and the price feels fair. I’m still a little loyal to my usual choice, but for the money, this was a solid buy

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I tried using uprootlint.com and got annoyed quickly. The menus felt kind of "all over the place," and even simple things were harder to figure out than they should’ve been. I kept clicking around way too long just to do basic stuff

"Works okay, but be careful with soft fabrics"
I wanted to like this because it does pull up lint well, but I got a little nervous using it. I tried it on my sweater and it snagged the fabric, then I noticed a few tiny marks on the couch too, which was annoying because I was just trying to clean things up quickly. Maybe it’s fine for tougher materials, but for softer fabrics I’d be really careful.
